Behavior - Behavior is tightly pivotal to altering ways of eating healthily. B.E.N.S Nutrition 101 is offered for 12 weeks. Patients are encouraged to do a daily record of food intake. After recording your intake, Dr. Dowe will work with you on the 7–14 day record to change how you eat and giving you healthier recommendations.
Exercise – Exercise is so crucial for maintenance and good for the body, mind, and soul.
Dr. Dowe will work with each client to incorporate physical activity into their lifestyle change from simple walking to personal training if desired.
Nutrition – Weight loss is the final stage of the journey to nutritional weight loss. If the client is successful, this may be all that is needed except adding foods for variety.
If weight loss plateaus or seems to be unsuccessful then Dr. Dowe will help clients with more restrictive eating plans which may include for example low carb eating, such as Keto, or intermittent fasting.
Spiritual – Dr. Dowe is a Christian and believes in the Word of God. The Word of God provides timeless guidance and inspiration, encouraging individuals to seek balance and purpose in every aspect of life. Its profound messages of hope, renewal, and compassion serve as a spiritual roadmap, complementing a healthy lifestyle by nurturing both body and soul.
